Diversity
US Federal Credit Union recognizes the value of demographic diversity in our staff, as well as in volunteers, and we will strive to bring people of diverse backgrounds and experiences into leadership and other roles. Our programs that promote diversity include:
- Inclusion of Low- to Moderate-Income Area - We serve areas that are both economically and racially diverse and it is our strategic initiative to provide services and programs that will benefit these communities and their residents. In addition, we include a low- to moderate-income investment area within our field of membership.
- Multi-Lingual Staff - To better serve our members, our employees speak a variety of languages.
- Board Diversity - Our board strives for diversity in the make-up and representation of member groups.
