How to Apply

Not sure if you're eligible for membership? Find out all the ways you can qualify to join US Federal Credit Union.

Take a look at our available product packages to decide which one works best for you then:

• Complete an application for membership and/or one of our many other services(use the print button within Acrobat Reader).
• Include at least $5 for an opening deposit into your Share Savings Account, another $20 if also opening a checking account and include a copy of your drivers license or state ID.
• Return application to your nearest location or mail it to:

We will fill in your Member Number on the application. This number will be on your membership card which will be mailed to you with a deposit receipt and any other materials you request.
