The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership to the retail sales staff, resulting in the maximization of service and sales delivery. This position will ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet member service demands, foster employee development through consistent coaching and training as well as provide leadership and participate in the achievement of goals, objectives and initiatives. It is this position’s responsibility to research, prepare, and monitor annual operating budgets for assigned facilities, maintain the safety and security of our members, employees and credit union assets by adhering to regulations, and effectively manage staff and processes to solve business issues. The Information Systems department has a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst opportunity available. This position is responsible for identifying and translating business needs and requirements into information solutions using database technologies. The Business Intelligence Analyst will provide data that assists business units in making informed decisions and will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of solutions which support the reporting and general information needs of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Due to the growth of the organization, the Business Services department is adding a full-time Credit Analyst to its team. This position will assist the Director of Business Services and Commercial Loan Officers with the preparation of loan presentations, annual loan reviews and analytical evaluations. The Credit Analyst will prepare questions based on the analytical review of financial information and may accompany Commercial Loan Officers (CLO's) on member business calls to gather pertinent information for the completion of reviews. This position is responsible for preparing risk rating worksheets as well as assisting the Director of Business Services in assuring loan presentations, documentation, and file content is consistent and meets regulatory and credit union loan policy and procedural requirements. The Credit Analyst will also request information from members, as needed, to assist in maintaining the integrity of the legal and technical exception tickler.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree with an emphasis in business, accounting or finance preferred
  • 2+ years experience in accounting, finance or a financial institution-related position
  • 2-5 years experience in a business lending environment, preferred

The Business Services department has a full-time Commercial Lender/Business Banker opportunity available. This position is responsible for the originating, preliminary underwriting and servicing of a variety of moderate to large, secured and unsecured commercial loans. These may include commercial lines of credit, construction loans, and real estate secured loans. The Commercial Lender/Business Banker will develop and manage commercial loan accounts that meet established lending requirements and maximize profitability to US Federal Credit Union with minimal risk. This position will also provide portfolio maintenance and loan administration in accordance with established policies.

The Special Services department has a full-time Special Services Administrator position available. It is responsible for administering the credit union’s disability and life insurance, GAP and MRC warranties, Deceased Accounts, Medallion/Signature Validation and Harland Clarke programs by following the policies and procedures stated for each. The Special Services Administrator will utilize the resources available to problem solve and recommend changes as directed by the AVP/Director of Special Services. This position is also responsible for the completion of assigned projects, including deliverables, project plan(s), identification of project risks, project communication, project training and delivery. This individual will participate in achievement of Corporate Goals and initiatives as well as support community involvement initiatives.

Due to the growth of the organization, the Asset Protection department is adding a part-time Member Solutions Advisor to its team. This position will be primarily responsible for providing control in the early stages of delinquent member accounts and performing error resolution. The Member Solutions Advisor will execute an effective delinquency and follow-up program involving loans and Visa accounts in which members are contacted by phone, letter or in person to ascertain reasons for delinquencies. This position will then work with our members to develop and implement a mutually agreeable plan to bring their loans and/or accounts current.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years previous consumer collection experience
  • Working knowledge of credit union, various state and federal consumer collection policies, procedures, laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to; bankruptcy laws, student loan guidelines, real estate collection laws, Visa account collection laws, property improvement collection guidelines, and NSF check collection knowledge.

The Payments Department has a part-time Accounting/Payments Representative opportunity available. This position will ensure member and US Federal Credit Union concerns and requests are answered and solved in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities include the set-up of payroll allocations, assisting with domestic and foreign wire transfers and stop payments, and posting necessary transactions on member accounts. The Accounting/Payments Representative will process all exceptions on daily ACH and Share Draft reports, monitor and review various overdraft reports as well as complete and verify corrections. This position must exercise good judgement and decision-making skills while following policy procedures in order to safeguard member information and maintain confidentiality.

The Consumer Underwriting department has a full-time Consumer Loan Processor opportunity available. This position would contribute to the loan growth of US Federal Credit Union by facilitating the timely execution of loan administration functions, which includes but is not limited to preparing and sending required disclosures, clearing loans, preparing loan packages, and booking. The Teller will balance the coin machine on a daily basis, close the Teller line, and balance the ATM when needed.

The Teller will provide quality sales referrals as well as maintain the safety and security of our members, our employees and credit union assets by adhering to regulations, policies and procedures. This position will participate in achievement of corporate goals and initiatives and support community involvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 6-months cash handling or teller experience
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills

US Federal is adding a new location! Join our team in our new branch location with our completely reimagined retail design in Chanhassen – coming summer 2016. So we’re ready when we open the doors, we are looking to hire and train staff effective immediately.

The Chanhassen branch has a part-time Teller opportunity available. This position provides knowledgeable and professional customer service to our members while independently responding to member questions and concerns in a timely, competent manner. This position also performs routine member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, Visa payments, check cashing, and coin processing in an efficient and accurate manner. Other duties include ordering, verifying, balancing, and maintaining cash vault as well as maintaining the inventory control of money orders and cashiers checks when the Teller Supervisor is unable to do so. The Teller will balance the coin machine on a daily basis, close the Teller line, and balance the ATM when needed.

This position provides professional, knowledgeable and courteous customer service to our members; performs routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, Visa payments, check cashing and coin processing in an efficient and accurate manner while enhancing our members’ well-being by selling appropriate products and services. This position will also be responsible for balancing and maintaining a cash drawer, maintaining the inventory control of money orders and cashiers checks, balancing the coin machine on a daily basis, assisting members with questions concerning USFCU products and services as well as balancing the ATM and closing the teller line, when needed.

This position provides professional, knowledgeable and courteous customer service to our members; performs routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, Visa payments, check cashing and coin processing in an efficient and accurate manner; and enhances our members’ well-being by selling appropriate products and services. This position will also be responsible for balancing and maintaining a cash drawer; maintaining the inventory control of money orders and cashiers checks; balancing the ATM, when needed; balancing the coin machine on a daily basis; assisting members with questions concerning USFCU products and services; and closing the teller line, when needed.
