The Information Systems department has a Network Manager opportunity available. This position will be responsible for managing, directing and leading the Network Operations team. It will establish and maintain the technology, processes and procedures that provide for the reliability, availability and security of the Network and Telecommunications systems and infrastructure to align with the business objectives of USFCU. It will be responsible for the detection, reaction to, and prevention of network security breaches through best practices and effective management of these practices. The Network Manager will also participate in the strategic and tactical decisions about technology direction, IS products and services and the IS organizational structure.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent job-related work experience with similar responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IS Department
  • 2+ years progressive experience in IS management to include managing and coaching employees
  • Knowledge of all major network operating systems and server software, server hardware and virtual environments. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred
  • Experience with Local and Wide Area network design, implementation and support of secure segmented VLAN networks, and internet gateway security
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) credentials preferred. Experience with Cisco network hardware/equipment, including routers, switches, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical information throughout all levels of the organization including both technical and non-technical staff & officials

Due to the growth of the organization, the Information Systems department has added a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst position to its team. This position is responsible for identifying and translating business needs and requirements into information solutions using database technologies. The Business Intelligence Analyst will provide data that assists business units in making informed decisions and will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of solutions which support the reporting and general information needs of the organization. It will demonstrate the value and importance of the Data Center team by delivering on Our Promise.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience utilizing SQL Server Business Intelligence Studio for creation of projects in Visual Studio, specifically reporting and integration projects
  • Minimum 5 years experience using relational database reporting tools
  • Proficient in the use of T-SQL
  • Familiarity with MS Windows client / server platform and related networking concepts
  • Ability to reason through logic problems and apply creative thinking

The Member Service Center department has an E-Commerce Specialist position available. This position maintains a unique, specific working knowledge of E-services relating to all operational and technical facets of the credit union, its service offerings, and all technological instruments, benefits, and rules and regulations regarding our members and their accounts, all while delivering exceptional member service and fulfilling ‘Our Promise’. This position is responsible for performing advanced functions and providing universal support for our members for resolving E-commerce issues, including troubleshooting, related to credit union web-based products and services such as Go Money, Check Free PartnerCare/Online Bill Pay, Intuit Management Console/Internet Branch, and Quicken Direct Connect. This position is also responsible for assisting the Information Systems department in researching, and implementing E-Commerce services and training MSC employees related to E-Services. Additionally, this position will be responsible to for implementing and monitoring E-commerce security, privacy and compliance.

This position is responsible for identifying member product opportunities and recommending USFCU products to enhance member relationships with the credit union and provide quality sales referrals. The Member Relationship Advisor will open financial accounts for new and existing members, processes member transactions and requests efficiently and accurately, independently respond to members’ questions, concerns and requests in a timely, competent manner, and maintain safety and security of our members, our employees and credit union assets by adhering to regulations, policies and procedures.

This position is responsible for performing advanced functions and providing universal support for our members related to department operational activities and financial services to effectively serve and resolve all member inquiries, concerns and issues over the phone. The position of Call Center Representative also is required to be fully knowledgeable, up to date with changing policies and procedures, and skilled in all functional areas of the credit union. This position is required to provide leadership, training and support, both technical and operational, to co-workers and other credit union staff. The position requires an individual to exercise independent judgment and decision making skills while safeguarding member information and maintaining professionalism in a fast paced environment. A Call Center Representative focuses on building member and co-worker relationships while delivering “Our Promise”.
