The Member Service Center/E-Commerce Manager provides leadership to assigned Member Service Center staff resulting in the maximization of service and sales delivery. Responsibilities include: overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team; ensuring service and sales levels; fostering employee development through consistent coaching and training; providing leadership and participating in the achievement of objectives, corporate goals and initiatives; effectively solving business issues and growing the business while delivering on Our Promise.

Qualifications:

Hours:
Monday - Friday: Between the hours of 7:00a.m.-6:00p.m., occasional Saturdays: 9:00a.m.-1:00p.m.

Responsible for the originating, preliminary underwriting and servicing of a variety of moderate to large, secured and unsecured commercial loans. These may include commercial lines of credit, construction loans, and real estate secured loans. Develop and manage commercial loan accounts that meet established lending requirements and maximize profitability to US Federal Credit Union with minimal risk. Provide portfolio maintenance and loan administration in accordance with established policies. Demonstrate the value and importance of the Business Services team by delivering on Our Promise.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years commercial lending experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate process.
  • Strong analysis, judgment and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
  • Previous PC experience to include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and e-mail.
  • Ability to work as a team player, being flexible and dependable.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, possible evening hours. This is an exempt position.

The Consumer Lending Center is currently seeking a full-time Consumer Lending Officer. This position would serve as an underwriter of consumer and home equity lending. Support the organizational philosophy of high loan quality by recognizing opportunities for our members to improve their financial well-being, including situations that involve credit risk beyond the parameters of the automated approval system. Serve as a staff resource by mentoring staff in lending practices and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, four year-college degree preferred.
  • 4 years financial services experience, including 3 years lending underwriting background and knowledge of real estate lending.
  • Excellent underwriting and communication skills.
  • Previous PC experience, Microsoft Office experience preferred
