The Information Systems department has a Network Manager opportunity available. This position will be responsible for managing, directing and leading the Network Operations team. It will establish and maintain the technology, processes and procedures that provide for the reliability, availability and security of the Network and Telecommunications systems and infrastructure to align with the business objectives of USFCU. It will be responsible for the detection, reaction to, and prevention of network security breaches through best practices and effective management of these practices. The Network Manager will also participate in the strategic and tactical decisions about technology direction, IS products and services and the IS organizational structure.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent job-related work experience with similar responsibilities
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IS Department
  • 2+ years progressive experience in IS management to include managing and coaching employees
  • Knowledge of all major network operating systems and server software, server hardware and virtual environments. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred
  • Experience with Local and Wide Area network design, implementation and support of secure segmented VLAN networks, and internet gateway security
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) credentials preferred. Experience with Cisco network hardware/equipment, including routers, switches, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical information throughout all levels of the organization including both technical and non-technical staff & officials

Due to the growth of the organization, the Payments Department has added a full-time Payments Manager position to its team. This position is responsible for providing successful leadership, direction and management to the Payments Department. The Payments Manager will ensure member and US Federal Credit Union concerns and requests are answered and solved in a timely and accurate manner, both in person and over the phone through the direct supervision of the Payments department. It is this position’s responsibility to oversee the daily functions of the ACH/ Share Drafts and Wire programs as well as provide back-up assistance to the Payment Representatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance or Business preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of financial institution experience to include previous ACH, Share Draft and Wire Transfer experience and supervision of staff.
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of Federal Reserve guidelines and operating procedures
  • PC experience to include a general working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and e-mail or equivalents

The Business Services department has a full-time Commercial Loan Officer opportunity available. This position is responsible for the originating, preliminary underwriting and servicing of a variety of moderate to large, secured and unsecured commercial loans. These may include commercial lines of credit, construction loans, and real estate secured loans. The Commercial Loan Officer (CLO) will develop and manage commercial loan accounts that meet established lending requirements and maximize profitability to US Federal Credit Union with minimal risk. This position will also provide portfolio maintenance and loan administration in accordance with established policies. The CLO must demonstrate the value and importance of the Business Services team by delivering “Our Promise”.

Required Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years commercial lending experience
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate process
  • Strong analysis, judgment and communication (both verbal and written) skills

The Member Service Center department has an Call Center Technical Support Specialist position available. This position maintains a unique, specific working knowledge of E-services relating to all operational and technical facets of the credit union, its service offerings, and all technological instruments, benefits, and rules and regulations regarding our members and their accounts, all while delivering exceptional member service and fulfilling ‘Our Promise’. This position is responsible for performing advanced functions and providing universal support for our members for resolving E-commerce issues, including troubleshooting, related to credit union web-based products and services such as Go Money, Check Free PartnerCare/Online Bill Pay, Intuit Management Console/Internet Branch, and Quicken Direct Connect. This position is also responsible for assisting the Information Systems department in researching, and implementing E-Commerce services and training MSC employees related to E-Services. Additionally, this position will be responsible to for implementing and monitoring E-commerce security, privacy and compliance.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years related financial services experience and/or equivalent experience in a role(s) that required superior communication skills or technical expertise

The Special Services department has a full-time Special Services Administrator position available. This position will provide professional, knowledgeable and courteous service to our external and internal members through all delivery methods. It is responsible for administering the credit union’s disability and life insurance, GAP and MRC warranties, Deceased Accounts, Medallion/Signature Validation and Harland Clarke programs by following the policies and procedures stated for each. The Special Services Administrator will utilize the resources available to problem solve and recommend changes as directed by the AVP/Director of Special Services. This position is also responsible for the completion of assigned projects, including deliverables, project plan(s), identification of project risks, project communication, project training and delivery. This individual will participate in achievement of Corporate Goals and initiatives as well as actively demonstrate Our Promise and support community involvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

The position of Member Service Representative also is required to be fully knowledgeable, up to date with changing policies and procedures, and skilled in all functional areas of the credit union. This position is required to provide leadership, training and support, both technical and operational, to co-workers and other credit union staff. The position requires an individual to exercise independent judgment and decision making skills while safeguarding member information and maintaining professionalism in a fast paced environment. A MSR focuses on building member and co-worker relationships while delivering “Our Promise”.

The Teller will provide quality sales referrals as well as maintain the safety and security of our members, our employees and credit union assets by adhering to regulations, policies and procedures.
