Business Development Representative - Burnsville
The Marketing department has a full-time Business Development Representative opportunity available. The Business Development Representative develops and leverages relationships between US Federal and existing/potential Key Partner Companies (KPCs), as well as with various community programs/groups. The Business Development Representative also develops and implements community involvement programs within the GTCC and maintains key relationships with vendors, staff and external contacts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing-related field preferred but not required) or equivalent experience
- Credit union or financial institution experience preferred, but not required
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, and E-mail or equivalents
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent public speaking and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences. Create professional correspondence using the appropriate communication medium, including editing ability
- Must be able to lead small teams as well as participate and contribute in team, committee and task force environments
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with regular and changing deadlines
- Local travel required – Must have a reliable vehicle
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
