Financial Services Representative - Burnsville
The Burnsville Branch has a full-time Financial Services Representative position open. This position provides knowledgeable and professional customer service to our members and guests. Specifically, this person will: meet and greet members while identifying needs and cross-selling CU products and services; effectively orchestrate new loan opportunities by mining credit reports, bundling CU products, effectively communicate CU promotions as well as answer incoming calls and basic member inquiries; open new member accounts, checking accounts, CDs and IRAs; receive loan applications; and conduct loan closings and/or bookings.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) sales and service experience gained from financial services and/or customer service experience
- Professional and strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of credit union products and services, desired
- PC experience and/or training
- Previous sales skills desired
Hours:
Between the hours of Monday - Friday 7:30a.m. - 7:00p.m.; Saturdays: 8:45a.m.-1p.m.
