Database Analyst- Burnsville
The Information Systems department has a Database Analyst opportunity available. The person who fills this position will be responsible to create standard and ad-hoc queries or reports, builds, supports and documents Information Systems processes; act as a resource for database concepts and efficiencies; develops and maintains Credit Union Data Warehouse reporting and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player willing to initiate ideas and assist others when necessary
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise and professional manner to a wide variety of audiences
- Previous experience (at least 2 years) developing reports using Crystal Reports, Business Objects Enterprise
- Previous experience (at least 1 year) with SQL Server development/support including T-SQL, stored procedures and database objects including tables, views and indexes
- Knowledge and/or previous experience with ETL tools (Microsoft DTS and/or SSIS preferred)
- Previous data analysis and/or relational database administration experience, preferred
- Exposure to DB2 databases, preferred
- Knowledge and/or previous experience with Microsoft Reporting Services and/or Analysis Services.
