Branch Manager - Lakeville/Northfield

Branch Member Services currently has a Branch Manager opportunity available to oversee the Lakeville and Northfield locations. The person who fills this position will be responsible for maintaining a positive working environment which includes providing clear, on-going communication and creating a team oriented atmosphere; maintaining safety and security of our members, employees and credit union assets by adhering to regulations, policies and procedures; preparing budgets and operation plans for the branch; ensuring work areas are in compliance with federal laws and regulations that are applicable to branch operations; conducting business development activities; providing leadership to branch employees to achieve corporate goals and initiatives; leading by providing professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service to coworkers and members; fostering employee development through coaching; and managing all branch employees.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years previous branch operations experience including a minimum of two-years management experience and proven leadership aptitude
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Teller and lending operations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to coach employees to achieve superior sales results
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self directed while displaying initiative and decision making skills
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while working under pressure
  • Willingness to participate in community events
