Completed Membership & Account Application

$5 minimum deposit to open a Share Savings Account (required)

$20 minimum deposit to open a Checking Account (if applicable)

Copy of your current government-issued ID**
With completed paperwork and all necessary documentation provided, your application can usually be processed the same day it is received. Once opened, you are free to conduct business at any US Federal Credit Union location.

*We will fill in your Member Number on the application. This number will be on your membership card which will be mailed to you with a deposit receipt and any other materials you request. **Current identification is required. If the address is not current, a paystub, copy of lease agreement, or utility bill with your name and current address is required.
