Say “Yes” to Debit Card Overdraft Privilege
New Regulation Requires You to Opt-In.
Many of our members currently enjoy the convenience of our Overdraft Privilege program, which allows paper checks and automatic withdrawals to clear your account even if it draws the account negative. New federal regulation now requires you to opt-in in order to expand the Overdraft Privilege Program to your US Federal Visa Debit Card transactions.
WHY OPT-IN?
Opt-in for peace of mind. Consider Overdraft Privilege as a safety net. Nobody intends on overdrawing their account but accidents do happen. Opt-in to avoid a declined transaction when you need it most – like in a roadside emergency or an empty tank at the gas station. Plus, Debit Card Overdraft Protection doesn’t cost anything until you need it.
HOW TO OPT-IN
If you qualify, you should have already received correspondence asking if you are interested in this enhancement to our Overdraft Privilege Program. Simply call or visit the website on the letter now.
If you do not opt-in, any debit card transactions with insufficient funds will be declined.
Protect yourself – Opt-in today by completing the A-9 form, or Click here to learn more about our Overdraft Programs.
Overdraft Privilege services are discretionary. An overdraft fee will be assessed ranging from $19-$33 per overdraft item, depending on the number of items paid during the previous 12-month period.

Assuming 80% Loan to Value, the resulting APR would be 4.213%. $999 closing cost offer good for loans up to $100,000, offer is $1299 for loans exceeding $100,000. Closing cost offer does not include the cost of appraisal if one is required. Other restrictions may apply. Rates effective 7/8/10 and can change daily. Equal Housing Lender.
