What are the browser requirements for Internet Branch?

As of January 2014, we support Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10, the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome and the latest versions of Safari for Mac OS X. If you aren't sure which browser you have, you can usually find it in the "Help" option at the top of your browser window. If you do need to upgrade to a newer browser version, don't worry as it is pretty easy. Try searching for simple keywords like "download internet explorer 10" in Google. You should then be able to find the appropriate version to download (MAC OS/Windows OS).

How secure and private is Internet Branch?

US Federal uses encryption technology to ensure the exchange of your private information over the Internet is safe. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption scrambles your private data as it transmits over the Internet protecting it from being deciphered and used fraudulently. Both our Internet Branch platform and Online Bill Payment service always use the highest level of confidentiality protection technology available.
