Have a USFCU Credit Card or Debit Card?  There is nothing you need to do. Use your card to start earning rewards today. Just remember to select ‘credit’ for debit card transactions at checkout to earn points. PIN based transactions do not qualify for reward points.

When you use your USFCU Visa Credit Card:

$1 purchase = 1 point. It’s that simple. For each dollar you spend, you’ll get one reward point.

When you use your USFCU Visa Debit Card:

For a regular checking account: $2 signature purchase = 1 point

For an Amplified Checking account: $4 signature purchase = 1 point

GENERAL FAQs


On your first visit to the site www.ScoreCardRewards.com, you will need to set up your profile with a username and password. You will also be asked to set up some security questions and answers for password retrieval. Once you create your profile you will log in with your username and password. You may browse the rewards site by clicking on the “Browse Catalog” link from the log in page.

Points earned are based on your qualifying net purchases (purchases minus returns and/or other related credits). You will earn Points as long as your account is in good standing (that is, not delinquent, in default, closed, canceled, blocked, suspended or otherwise inactive and not available for use as a source of funding). You do not earn Points for PIN based transactions, cash advances, balance transfers, unauthorized or fraudulent charges or for fees of any kind on your card account, unless noted in a promotional offer. Credits to your Account (such as for returns of purchases) will reduce the Points available in your account.

Point balances are always available on www.ScoreCardRewards.com or you may call Award Headquarters at (800) 854-0790 to verify your balance. Point balances may also be available on a quarterly basis, noted on your quarterly printed statement or a separate e-statement (if applicable), in the future.

Yes! You are able to combine the points earned on your USFCU Visa Debit Card with the points earned on your USFCU Visa Credit Card. Or, if you want to combine points with another US Federal member, that is an option too. Simply login to your debit card profile on ScoreCardRewards.com and select ‘Householding’ from top menu bar to apply. If you have trouble, just contact us for assistance.

A declined request doesn’t necessarily mean you cannot combine points. Due to the way our householding software is programmed, a householding request has a greater chance of success if the request is initiated from a debit account. Therefore we recommend that you log in to ScoreCardRewards.com on your USFCU debit card account, then initiate your householding application. If your application is still declined, please contact us directly at 952.736.5053. Keep in mind that if you are attempting to combine points with another person, we may request that other person’s permission in order to complete the householding process.

No. A sufficient number of Points must be available in your account to redeem the award you want. Points are not available for purchase.

You may redeem Points anytime as long as your account is in good standing (that is, not delinquent, in default, closed, canceled, blocked, suspended or otherwise inactive and not available for use as a source of funding) and you have enough Points to redeem the requested award.

Points may be redeemed at www.ScoreCardRewards.com. If you don’t have access to the website, you can also call Award Headquarters at (800) 854-0790 to have a catalog shipped to you to review and order accordingly.

You may not see all your Points accumulate immediately after a transaction takes place. Because of varied transaction processing timeframes, the ScoreCard Rewards site or Rewards summaries may not include all your points. Check back after a few days to see if your Point total has been adjusted accordingly.

Yes! You can redeem your points for both cash back + gift cards. Simply log in to www.ScoreCardRewards.com and click merchandise to view these options.

ScoreMore is a feature of the ScoreCard program that allows you to earn additional Points when you use your card to make a qualifying purchase at a participating ScoreMore retailer. Simply click on the “ScoreMore” link once you’ve logged on to www.ScoreCardRewards.com. You’ll be able to view details of all participating retailers and their offers.

Travel Services agents are available Monday – Sunday 8:00am – 12:00am (Eastern Standard Time) to book your travel arrangements.

Yes! You can book select Universal tickets awards online at the rewards consumer website with Points. In addition, you can purchase airline tickets (including companion tickets) and car and hotel reservations! Please visit www.ScoreCardRewards.com or call Travel Services at (800) 842-3006 for details.

The actual number of Points required will be based on your travel dates, origin and destination cities, airline, availability, and how far in advance you are making your reservations. The good news is you are in control and the choice is yours!

Yes! We want to make sure your next trip is within reach, which is why we’ve added the flexibility of allowing you to redeem the Points you do have and pay the difference via your ScoreCard or another payment card.

There are several options to accommodate most travelers’ needs. See www.ScoreCardRewards.com for full award descriptions and Point requirements.

No, however, unless otherwise specified, seats are based on advance category award space availability. We recommend you plan in advance for best availability.

This program allows you to fly from virtually anywhere to virtually anywhere in the world!

Changes and cancellations can be made only if the Supplier and specific air ticket rules permit the modifications. A $40 per ticket service fee will be charged by the travel supplier for all exchanges, modifications, or cancellations, in addition to any applicable airline penalties and/or fare difference.

Yes you can. If you are planning to book a flight or another component to go along with your cruise, you must book the cruise as a separate order from any other travel component you wish to redeem for on the catalog.

You must contact the Travel Rewards Center for all modification and cancellation requests as the policies are different for each travel award.

Yes. Travel Services can assist in booking your purchase travel needs and you can also purchase online.

The booking fees are included in the total number of points required for the travel redemption so you can use your points and you don’t have to pay the booking fees out of pocket. Please note the point requirement differs between on-line and travel agent assisted booking due to a higher fee charged for the agent assistance.

In addition to booking online, you can also order certificates to be used to cover a portion or the cost for hotel reservations and car bookings. Prior to redeeming Points for a hotel or car travel award certificate, please contact the hotel or car rental location you plan to visit to confirm they will accept the certificate with the discount offered in the certificate. Once confirmed, you can submit your order online or through an Award Headquarters representative by calling 1-800-854-0790. Certificates are usually shipped within 4-6 weeks of processing your order. Upon receipt of your certificate, make your advance reservation by calling the number listed on the certificate and inform the reservation agent of the certificate. ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO USE YOUR CERTIFICATE. At time of check in, present your certificate with your method of payment for any additional fees.
